Can you ship internationally?

At present we are only able to ship to countries within Europe, although we can accept payment in either British Pounds (GBP), US Dollars (USD) or Euros (EUR).

What are the shipping / delivery costs?

UK Orders Over £49
For most areas of the UK we offer free delivery on orders over £49. Unfortunately, a delivery charge will be applicable to some remote areas including the Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland. This location charge is calculated during the checkout process and is required due to our increased courier costs for these areas.

UK Orders under £49 and International
The cost of postage for UK orders under £49 and international orders are determined by both the weight of the goods you have purchased and the country being shipped to. When you checkout you will be shown a calculation of how much your order will cost to send.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

UK Orders
Delivery times vary slightly, but we aim to ensure orders are delivered within 5 working days. Depending on the size of your order; it may be shipped either via Royal Mail or via courier.

Overseas Orders
Orders outside of the UK are sent via International courier service which can take up to 2 weeks to arrive dependant on your location, however as a general guidance for times, please see below.

5 days - Rep of Ireland, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxemburg, Netherlands.

Zone 2
7 days - Austria, Liechtenstein, Denmark, Switzerland.

Zone 3
8 days - Czech Rep, Italy, Slovakia, Spain.

Zone 4
9 days - Estonia, Portugal, Finland, Slovenia, Hungary, Sweden, Poland.

Zone 5
10 days - Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Montenegro, Norway, Romania, Serbia.

How do I return an item?

In the first instance, contact us to discuss the issue (for example; whether a manufacturing fault / warranty claim etc). If your product is under 6 months old it is still under it's original warranty - products older than this may still be returned for repair although it will be at the customer's cost.

I no longer need my purchase, can I return it?

Under the UK's Distance Selling Regulations, you have a 7 day 'cooling-off' period where you may return an item in its original condition if you no longer require it. It is however, your responsibility to return the item in perfect, resaleable condition and at your own cost. We will then refund your card for the purchase amount minus any postage costs originally charged.
